  • Handover to the shipping carrier

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship primarily to the United Kingdom.

3. Shipping Cost

We offer one simple and transparent shipping option:

Standard Shipping: £7.00 (flat rate)

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.
Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear depending on the carrier.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:

  • ALELOA is not responsible for delays or lost parcels.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders immediately:

  • Orders cannot be changed once placed.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after submission.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost:

Please note that shipping carriers occasionally experience delays beyond our control.

8. Delivery Issues

If the carrier marks an order as delivered, but you did not receive it:

  • Contact the carrier first (they can locate the parcel faster).

  • If unresolved, contact us and we will assist.

ALELOA is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information entered by the customer.
