At ALELOA, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the return and refund conditions below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item is defective.

2. Contact Us Before Returning Any Item

To initiate a return, you must contact us first:

We will provide:

  • Return authorization

  • The correct return address

  • Instructions for completing the return

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All accessories and packaging must be included

  • The product must not show any sign of wear, dirt, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

4. Change of Mind / Ordered Wrong Size or Color

If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item:

  • You may return the product

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Faulty Items

If your item is defective or damaged:

  • We will send a free replacement

  • You may be asked to provide photos or video as proof

If a second defect occurs, you will receive a full refund.

6. Wrong Item Received / Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or something is missing:

We will:

  • Send the correct item free of charge OR

  • Refund you, depending on the situation

We may request photos of the received package.

7. Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrived damaged:

We will send a replacement at no cost.

8. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items showing signs of use (dirt, stains, odors, hair, etc.)

  • Clearance items

  • Discounted items at 40% off or more

  • Bundled offers such as “Buy 2, Get 1 Free”

  • Digital products or downloadable items

  • Pre-order items

9. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping

  • Original shipping fees (£7) are not refundable

10. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email notification

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days (depending on your bank)

Refunds may be refused if the returned item is not in acceptable condition.

11. Lost or Missing Returns

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.

ALELOA is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

12. Cancellations

Due to fast processing:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed

  • Please double-check your cart before completing checkout

13. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as:

  1. A return (customer sends back the original product), then

  2. A new order (replacement shipped once the return is approved)

14. Fraud or Abuse

ALELOA reserves the right to refuse refunds to customers who:

  • Engage in excessive returns

  • Attempt to return used or damaged items

  • Misrepresent the condition of products
